This intensive class will provide you with an overview of the theory and practice of digital strategy, user experience and building wireframes. You don't need to be working in digital, all you need is an idea for a digital product and we'll show you the best practices for solidifying your ideas.

 

The first part will introduce the principles and rationale for user experience with demonstrations and exercises so you can move from an idea to a real strategy. We'll then talk about why and how to use information architecture to help you get a streamlined product. 

 

Later we will introduce a variety of software tools for designing wireframes and explain ways to evaluate the effectiveness of a wireframes based on customer feedback which you can use to improve your final project. 

 

The class is very hands-on and you will leave the day with a comprehensive overview of user experience, digital strategy and wireframing, ready to tackle any software, web or app project.
